The problem
Trackers measure the night. Then they stop.
Most sleep apps hand you a score and a chart every morning and leave the hard part to you. Knowing that you slept badly does not tell you what to change.
CBT-I — cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia — works as a structured, week-by-week program, not a dashboard. And the most detailed tracking usually assumes a watch on your wrist all night.
